Does the Tarkov overlay work with PvE mode?
Yes. The set is PvE-first by design. The raid timer, Scav cooldown, kill counter, and Quest Log all work the same in PvE, and there is a PvE-only mode badge if you want to make it clear on stream.

Does it work on both Twitch and YouTube?
Yes. It is an OBS browser source, so it works with anything you stream to, including Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and multistreaming through Restream. Twitch widgets (sub goal, follower goal, alerts) connect with a Twitch login.
