Head to the campsite west of Tiger Bay at coordinates 186-132, interact with the dead PMC in front of the house to trigger the task, then find the second body at 187-133 inside a mortar crater near the river. Complete both and you walk away with 112 XP, 690 USD, and 90 Gunny reputation. If you die while the task is active it fails, but resets after 20 minutes.
